This version differs from the recently published 10 year anniversary edition in the following ways:

- The Definitive Edition was made using TyranoBuilder + TyranoScript. The 10 year anniversary edition was made using Ren'Py.

- Several improvements have been made to the script for a much more profound and immersive reading experience..

- New additions: scenes, music, imagery, character developments, and sound effects.

- The Definitive Edition makes use of character globes for the first time since the novel was published in 2015.

- Contains 14 full chapters compared to the 12 chapters in the 10 year anniversary edition.

- Contains an unlockable gallery that allows you to revisit any of the chapters once the novel has been completed.
